Products & Pricing

We sell millet health mixes and kitchen essentials as described on this site. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is what applies to your order. Product photos are representative — actual packaging may vary slightly.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through this website and paid for via UPI. After payment, you confirm your order with us over WhatsApp, including your UPI transaction reference. Your order is confirmed once we’ve verified payment — we don’t automatically confirm orders the moment they’re placed on the site.

Delivery

Delivery details and timelines are coordinated with you directly over WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. Please make sure the delivery address and phone number you provide at checkout are correct.

Returns, Refunds & Quality Issues

If something’s wrong with your order — damaged packaging, an incorrect item, or a quality concern — contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you notice, ideally within a few days of delivery, with a photo where relevant. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. As a small homegrown business, we handle this personally rather than through an automated policy.
